We will gladly accept returns on goods that are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with intact tags and packaging. Shoes must be returned in their original packaging. Goods purchased online must be recieved in our store within 15 days of date of purchase. Goods purchased in-store must be recieved in our store within 10 days of date of purchase. Goods purchased at full price may be returned for a full refund or store credit.

All items purchased on sale or with a promotional code are considered final sale. Items will not be eligible for return/exchange or store credit.

We will not accept returns on the following items: swimwear, underwear, jewelry, apothecary, and sale items. In order to process a return, please email to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). We kindly ask that you include the reason for the return. Please include the RA# on your package and ship via a trackable carrier. We ask that you email the tracking number to Returned item(s) recieved outside of the 10 or 15 day time frame will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny any return that does not comply with our return policy requirements. Finefolk is not responsible for return shipping costs, international duties and taxes, shipping loss, or damage of returned goods.

Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your store credit within seven business days at which time you will be notified by email. If you have recieved an item from Finefolk as a gift, you may return it in exchange for store credit as long as you are in compliance with our return policy as stated above. Your credit will be applied to your Finefolk account. If you do not currently have an account with Finefolk online, you can create an account via our website or contact us for assistance.


We will gladly hold items in store for 48 hours. We do not offer holds for online orders. 


Finefolk does not offer price adjustments, sale or otherwise.


Store credits can only be issued and used is USD$. Available store credit will be displayed during the checkout process and can be applied to your next order.
