ORDERS

For questions about your order, please text or call us at 816.283.8144 and include your order number. For inquiries regarding a specific product, you may also call or text us using the same number. We can be reached by phone Friday and Saturday from 12pm - 5pm CST or by text.

All orders will begin processing that day and ship within 2-4 business days, pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Finefolk does not offer weekend delivery. We cannot accept military APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes for delivery.

SHIPPING

All shipments valued over $500 will require signature upon delivery without exception. Finefolk will not assume the risk of loss and title for merchandise for any orders that opt for no signature requirement at checkout.

For all orders: a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to you.

SHIPPING RATES & METHODS

Finefolk utilizes USPS and UPS for all domestic orders. Please see below for shipping options. These delivery timeframes for the mentioned methods only apply to US addresses within the contiguous 48 states.

TAXES & DUTIES

US sales tax only applies to orders shipped within the state of Kansas. If you reside in the metropolitan Kansas City area, you may call us at 816.283.8144 to schedule a pickup. We can be reached by phone Friday and Saturday from 12pm - 5pm CST or by text.

International orders may be subject to import duty and tax (depending upon the country in which you reside) for which the recipient is responsible. Finefolk is not liable for these duties & taxes and we are not able to provide estimates so please check with your local customs office for details.

RETURNS

We will gladly accept returns under these conditions:

Goods purchased in-store may be returned for store credit only and must be received in our store within 7 days of date of purchase.

Goods purchased online may be returned and must be initiated through our online return portal linked below before item(s) are mailed back or dropped off in store. Online purchase returns must be initiated within 5 days of the delivery or in-store pick up and we must receive the item(s) back within 5 days of return approval. Online returns may be returned for store credit for the full item(s) value or refund less 10% restocking fee. Refunds on online returns will not include original shipping cost, if any.

Returned item(s) received outside of the time frame will not be accepted.

We accept returns on goods that are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with intact tags and packaging. Shoes must be returned in their original packaging. Please try shoes on a covered/protected surface, as returns of shoes with worn or scuffed soles will not be accepted. Lastly, the shoebox cannot be used as a return box, but must be enclosed inside a separate return box. 

All items purchased on sale or with a discount/promotional code are considered final sale. Items will not be eligible for return/exchange or store credit.

We will not accept returns on the following items: special orders, handbags and small leather goods, hosiery/socks, swimwear, underwear, jewelry, apothecary, home goods, eyewear, and items purchased on sale or with a discount code.

We kindly ask that you include the reason for the return. Failure to do so will result in your return being denied and shipped back to you.

Once orders are placed we are unable to accept cancellations. 

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not comply with our return policy requirements. Finefolk is not responsible for return shipping costs, international duties and taxes, shipping loss, or damage of returned goods.

Frequent Returns

We monitor the number of returns made by customers and excessive returns are flagged, and at our discretion, future orders may be refused.

Purchases of Multiple Size Runs

We reserve the right to refuse returns on purchases made of any one style in multiple sizes.

Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your store credit or refund within seven business days at which time you will be notified by email. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the return process, please don't hesitate to text us at 816.283.8144. We will respond as soon as possible.

GIFT RETURNS

If you have received an item from Finefolk as a gift, you may return it in exchange for store credit as long as you are in compliance with our return policy as stated above. Your credit will be applied to your Finefolk account. If you do not currently have an account with Finefolk online, you can create an account via our website or contact us for assistance.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Finefolk does not offer price adjustments, sale or otherwise.

DISCOUNTS/PROMOTIONS

Discount codes may not be combined with other discount offers or promotions. Offer may not be applied to previous purchases, gift cards, shipping fees, or taxes. Discount applied before shipping, handling, and tax. Some exclusions may apply.

STORE CREDIT

Store credits can only be issued and used is USD$. Available store credit will be displayed during the checkout process and can be applied to your next order.

HOLDS

We will gladly hold items in store for 48 hours. We do not offer holds for online orders. 

STYLING LENDS

All items intended for styling/costume use incur a 30% restocking fee for all items and must be returned in their original condition with tags/packaging intact. All items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and borrower will be charged for the full price of the item.

PRIVACY

Finefolk will not disclose your information to other organizations or third parties. All the information that you provide is confidential and used to process your order. We may use your information to contact you about new products and special promotions.
